I work face to face or online.

With Zoom, Google Meets, Whatsapp Video or FaceTime.
I offer both time-limited (6/8 weeks) and open ended sessions.
Each session lasts 60 minutes.

If you decide you would like to continue, we will agree on the following:
- A day and time each week for sessions.
- Whether you would prefer time-limited or open ended sessions.
- We will agree on the goals you wish to work towards and set review dates for both of us to discuss how the therapy is progressing.

A discount of 10% for 6 or 8 session paid up front
Cancellations
No charge if 24 hours notice is given, otherwise a £85 cancellation fee will be required.
About Me
I first began my professional training over 20 years ago as a Spiritual Healer and then as a Hypnotherapist before undergoing my Masters degree in Psychotherapy 11 years ago. As such I have a vast experience of many different clients, experiencing a diverse number of issues. I also spent two years as a play therapist working in schools with the Place2be. I now work privately in Sunbury on Thames.
As part of my commitment to my profession, I continue to develop my skills and knowledge base by attending courses, workshops and keeping up to date with best practices and developments in psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. I also receive regular supervision. My commitment to my personal and professional growth ensures that I always provide you with current and considerate support.
I am registered with the BACP, NCH and HEA, which means I adhere to their code of ethics, which can be found on their respective websites www.bacp.co.uk, www.hypnotherapists.org.uk and www.energyhealersassociation.org.
