Hello and welcome to my website.

I am a fully qualified integrative Jungian Psychotherapist, also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy and Play Therapy.

I offer psychotherapy and hypnotherapy in Sunbury-on-Thames, I am also within easy reach of Walton and Weybridge. In a quiet road, with plenty of parking and easy access. If you are unable to see me in person I also work over Skype or FaceTime.

I fully appreciate how daunting it can be to take the first step towards seeking help and finding a psychotherapist. Sometimes the issues we face can feel insurmountable, as if trapped at the bottom of an impossible mountain. You do not need to face it alone.

Psychotherapy, in essence, is a relationship where all thoughts and feelings can be explored in a compassionate, safe place, where you can be completely honest and truly listened to without fear of judgement or need to censor.

Drawing on my years of experience training and working as a therapist, I believe there is no ‘one fit all’ solution. I use a combination of different approaches and techniques in order to help my clients overcome their problems and instigate positive changes in their lives.
